A. Withdrawal Notice

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before expiry of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium in which the contract content, including the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal, is reproduced.
